The business wanted to bolster its website’s SEO ranking and conversion numbers and make the website more secure without significantly changing its website design.

We recreated the website using modern PHP by creating a more efficient theme without the relying on the bloated JavaScript libraries the previous store-bought theme used. Since the new website uses modern PHP, it is no longer vulnerable to the security holes in older versions of PHP.

We also performed keyword research to develop new content more relevant to the target audience and made select updates to the website design to make it easier for customers to find the information they need. Specifically, we made contact links more prominent, added calls to action to the top of the home page, and cut out steps between the home page and sending a reservation.

We continue to update and maintain the website. Each month we review and report information that measures how well the website is performing in terms of conversions and make adjustments as needed.

We were able to raise the website from a 31% F PageSpeed Score and 53% F YSlow Score on GTmetrix to a combined 97% A score on GTmetrix.

The website went from an F to an A on SecurityHeaders.com.

Their Google My Business page’s average rating is 4 out of 5 stars.
