Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly services may be cancelled with one week’s advance written notice. Hourly services are billed once a month near the first of the month for hours worked in the prior month at the rate negotiated in an agreement or as posted on the website. Client may cancel work that is billed on an hourly basis and will only be billed for work provided prior to written notice of cancellation. All other work is billed as stated in a written agreement. There are no refunds for work already performed.
