Pain Science Physical Therapy needed specialized interactive pages made for their website, such as a test for determining the best workout for different people and a test for identifying personnel with their face masks on, which no plugins could do.
They also needed help making their web and email newsletter text and videos more effective and needed ways to attract more customers.
We performed keyword research and updated their website content to make it more readable for customers and to help search engines match the website to the most relevant searches.
In 2021 we helped rebrand the business by changing brand identifiers in all digital assets and writing and submitting a press release describing the reasons for the rebrand and promoting a rebrand ribbon cutting event.
We continue to write, revise, and edit content for pages, new and old; new blog posts; and email newsletters.
We edit and upload to their YouTube channel with thumbnails, cards, video descriptions, and transcripts for the website itself so hearing-impaired people and search engines can get the needed information.
We set up and manage pay-per-click advertising to attract more customers and regularly report to them their results.
We continue to update and maintain the website and provide regular SEO consultation and reporting.
We moderate content for Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business and respond to all interactions.
And we report on results of all efforts on a monthly basis.
Web users have more than doubled, and Goal Completions have more than doubled.
Google My Business reviews are 4.4 stars out of 5, up from 4.3.
