Even before SeaTacPark started working with CeSI in 2003, they recognized the importance of a strong internet presence. This is why they have worked with us for over a decade for a full suite of services to boost their web presence.
The challenge presented with SeaTacPark was that they had a domain and the beginnings of a website, but had not tapped into many of the internet's avenues of customer acquisition and retention.
CeSI launched a marketing campaign leveraging our proprietary search engine optimization techniques to draw natural search traffic. Subsequent campaigns were also launched utilizing pay per-click advertisements and email marketing. Later on, CeSI launched a social media campaign for SeaTacPark providing marketing and customer service on social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter. More recently, starting in 2015 we began providing IT assistance, including hardware, software, and database fixes and upgrades.
In 2016 we designed a new responsive website for SeaTacPark.
Until the pandemic struck CeSI continued to support this website with ongoing web maintenance and search engine optimization, coordination of its blast emails, pay per inclusion and pay per click spending, social media management, systems management, and graphic design for specific projects (including print coupons, children's coloring pack, newspaper ads).
In early June 2020 CeSI assisted a staff member in transitioning some services in-house.
SeaTacPark's monthly unique visitors to the site rose from 9,225 to over 15,000 and the database for email offers increased from less than 30,000 to over 67,000 emails.
Their Google My Business page’s average rating is 4.5 out of 5 stars and they receive nearly 50,000 searches monthly.
