We also needed to merge the different locations’ websites into a single website to prevent the websites from being penalized by search engines for duplicate content.
The website also needed new content and the content that was already there to be updated to be more readable for users and to get more relevant results from search engines.
Finally, the website needed a blog for creating regular new content.
We created a new, cleaner website theme with a more modern design and combined the websites into the main website with a page for showing our different locations and distinguishing them while making the other domains redirect to the new website so that nobody misses the new content.
We also applied security headers to the new website to protect it from cross-site scripting attacks.
We also implemented keyword research and went through all the website’s text and proofread, edited, and updated it with the owner’s guidance and created a new blog system for showing blog posts with tag archives.
We continue to update and maintain the website and continue to provide SEO consultation and reporting.
While the old website received an F to B page speed score from GTMetrix, the new website has a more consistent B to A score.
While the old website had an F on SecurityHeaders.com, the new website has an A.
Their Google My Business page’s average rating is 4.9 out of 5 stars and they have gotten more than 1,000 more searches this month as last quarter.
